MCD Global Health (MCD) is a public health nonprofit recognized as a leader, innovator, and trusted partner that was established in 1966 in the U.S. and then internationally in 1977. Our dedicated staff works hard to accomplish our mission of improving the health and well-being of people worldwide through enduring, high-quality, cost-effective, and universally accessible health solutions.

We are a remote-first organization, along with career opportunities in our headquarters in Hallowell, Maine, International Programs office in Silver Spring, Maryland, and in various country offices in Africa. Our team consists of passionate and team-oriented people with different types of experiences and backgrounds — from project management to working in the fields of rural health, oral health, malaria, and more!

How long will it be before I hear from you?

The timeline varies by position; however, you will be contacted by a recruiter or assigned MCD representative directly if you are shortlisted, which is a screening call with an HR representative.
