Senior Program Associate- Adult Vaccine Coordinator

Are you an experienced program associate looking to further protect the health and wellbeing of communities through immunization programs? MCD Global Health is seeking a public health professional to develop and implement the Adult Immunization Program and ensure that enrolled providers meet minimum State and Vaccine for Children (VFC) program standards.

We are looking to bring on board a Program Associate to provide guidance in the creation, oversight, and monitoring of the Adult Immunization Program. Primary responsibilities include developing policies and procedures, recruiting and enrolling providers, monitoring relevant legislation, and conducting face-to-face site visits, among others.
The successful candidate will bring solid experience in community health monitoring, organizational and leadership skills, demonstrable cultural competence, and exceptional time management skills.

Knowledge, Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant health-adjacent field preferred (public health, community health education, etc.); however, equivalent education and experience may be considered. Master’s level training in a related field is a plus.
• 2-4 years of relevant work experience
• Exceptional writing, interpersonal communication, presentation skills and intercultural awareness are essential
• Strong organizational skills, plus the flexibility and ability to manage time and multiple tasks with little supervision
• Detailed knowledge of all current Microsoft Office programs as well as any other relevant software programs
