We are looking to bring on board a Program Manager to provide leadership in the oversight, monitoring, management, and operational support, and quality assurance for malaria programs. In addition, the Program Manager will contribute to the international division’s new business development and organizational reform efforts.

The successful candidate will bring solid experience in malaria program management, and is familiar with USAID grants and contracts management.

Knowledge, Qualifications and Skills:

Master’s degree in public health or related field.

5+ years of professional experience in program management with similar scope is required, of which 3+ years should be in at a manager level at headquarters or field level and overseeing field teams, including partners.

Prior experience with malaria programs is required.

Experience in coaching, mentoring, supervising and evaluating country teams.

Experience in working a broad spectrum of stakeholders including partners, donors, etc.

Demonstrated experience in program monitoring and evaluation.

Portuguese, French or Spanish language proficiency is a plus.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
