Evelyn Kieltyka
Past President, Board of Directors
Since 1995, Evelyn Kieltyka has been the senior vice president of Program Services at Maine Family Planning where she oversees the operations of 18 health centers across central, western and northern Maine. She also administers all sub-recipient clinical grants for reproductive health services across the state.
Evelyn had been involved in family planning, abortion cares services, clinical care, program planning and evaluation, grants management and quality assurance for over 25 years. She is the immediate past board president of the Maine Nurse Practitioner Association, a past member of the Community Advisory Board for the Maine Health Access Foundation and received the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners Excellence Award in 2000.
Evelyn received her nursing degree from Sacred Heart University, holds master’s degrees from Simmons College and Harvard School of Public Health and is board certified as a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner.
