Drusilla Blakey began her career in public accounting, where she worked for 14 years, assisting in the day-to-day activities of tax and audit teams before moving up to director of operations. Then, she worked in the meeting and events industry where she organized large domestic and international conferences for six years as a conference director. She continued her tenure in this industry as the operations and finance manager for a speaker’s bureau for three years.

Drusilla’s passion for being of service to others and her wide range of administrative experience allow her to make a positive impact at MCD. Additionally, as MCD’s employee engagement officer, she works to bring together departments within the organization, interested employees, and the Executive Leadership Team to advance MCD’s engagement across the organization.

Drusilla holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Texas and resides in Dallas, Texas, U.S.
