With a proven track record managing complex portfolios funded by the U.S. government, international organizations, the private sector, and foundations, Ahmed brings deep expertise in operational strategy, compliance, pricing and costing, and organizational systems strengthening.

He has extensive experience mentoring staff in both headquarters and field settings. A trusted advisor to CEOs, boards, and senior leaders, Ahmed has led organizational planning, developed winning pricing strategies, strengthened budgetary oversight, and driven enterprise-wide operational improvements that enhance accountability, efficiency, and measurable impact.

He holds a business degree and a master’s degree from Saint Louis University, is fluent in English and Spanish, and brings working knowledge of Portuguese and French to support effective cross-cultural leadership and collaboration.
