Nduku Malombe joined MCD Global Health in November 2017 as director of human resources. She is a seasoned professional with more than 17 years of experience and a passion for building and strengthening the most important resource in an organization: Its people. She brings a wide array of human resources expertise ranging from strategic planning, change management, and organizational development. She has worked in both the U.S. and overseas for various international NGOs as well as the private sector. She holds an MBA from Saginaw Valley University in Michigan and a bachelor's in business from the Catholic University of Eastern Africa.
