Program Manager, Southern Maine - Community Living Division

Medical Care Development (MCD), Inc., a Maine based health services organization, is seeking a talented professional to serve as a Program Manager for our mental health services division. MCD is a nonprofit agency serving the elderly and adults with mental health challenges and other disabilities. This full-time leadership position is based in southern Maine and has supervisory and management responsibilities for four group homes, a total of 23 residents, located in Windham, Biddeford, Auburn and Norway, Maine. The Program Manager oversees MCD's four southern Maine mental health group homes by directly supervising facility Team Leaders and assisting them with the day-to-day supervision of direct care staff. Clinical Supervisor - Community Living Division

Medical Care Development (MCD), Inc., a Maine based health services organization, is seeking a talented professional to serve as a Clinical Supervisor for our mental health services division. The primary location for this full-time leadership position will be dependent on the candidate. Travel to various sites within Maine is required on a regular basis. The Clinical Supervisor assists MCD's 7 mental health group homes and 45 residents by ensuring the delivery of quality services to residents and all aspects of resident care in collaboration with facility management. The Clinical Supervisor meets monthly with staff and provides clinical supervision, feedback, identifies and resolves barriers that hinder effective resident care and increases technical knowledge and skills. Team Leader, Hampden Meadows - Community Living Division

Medical Care Development (MCD), Inc., a Maine based health services organization, is seeking a talented professional to serve as a Team Leader for our mental health services division. MCD is a nonprofit agency serving the elderly and adults with mental health challenges and other disabilities.
